NWS radar radial velocity field of the tornado that struck Evansville, IN on November 6^th, 2005. The tornado was an F3 on the Fujita scale with peak winds near 200 mph. All told, 23 fatalities occurred as a result of this one event -- the deadliest tornado in the U.S. since 1999.
